After the rapid spread of a virus previously unknown to science around the globe, a huge part of the inhabitants of the planet turned into terrible vampires. Bloodthirsty creatures attack uninfected citizens, tearing them to pieces. Those who are "lucky enough" to be just bitten, immortality in vampire form awaits ahead.

Large territories of the United States of America are in the power of bloodsuckers. According to the information recently received by the main character, there is a zone in Canada where vampires have not reached. Martin, who lost his own family, once met a hunter of soulless creatures, Mr. Together with a new acquaintance, he goes north. On the way, the newly-found friends are waiting for a lot of dangers. One day they meet a girl Belle, who is in an "interesting" position. Soon the intrepid wanderers encounter representatives of a sect of religious fanatics called the "Brotherhood"...
